Digitisation is changing
cultural communication - not only through new digital channels, but above all
through a new agile way of working and approaching. The most important trends
here are data and customer centricity. The course looks at what this can mean
in concrete terms for cultural events: Data helps us to make targeted decisions
for our communication, to prioritise channels and to design creative formats
and campaigns. And by focusing on the needs of our customers, we can improve
the customer experience for events, increase ticket sales and intensify and
improve the relationship with visitors in the long term.
